Joey is a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach, specializing in both male & female contest preparation for all divisions and categories.

With over 7 years in the industry, Joey brings not only knowledge, but real-life experience into practice with his clients. Joey is an accredited Sports Nutrition Specialist through Sports Nutrition Australia and is currently studying a Post-Graduate Diploma in Advanced Performance Nutrition, and holds a level 1 Strength & Conditioning qualification through ASCA.

Joey has helped literally hundreds of competitors reach their goal of not only getting on stage, but winning multiple first places, pro cards and even pro shows both on a national AND international level. He has also competed in multiple shows, too, managing to get some first places and others places himself on both a state and national level. However, he doesn’t just work with bodybuilders and fitness models. Joey also works with various sporting athletes and the general population who may just want to build muscle, lose body fat or improve their health and wellbeing.

Combining knowledge, evidence and real life experience, Joey ensures the plan set out for you is going to work within your lifestyle, as he is a big believer in that your lifestyle and environment should dictate the formulation of your plan, as opposed to the plan dictating how you have to live your life. He has a real passion for Sports Nutrition and Training and that can be seen through his attention to detail in his programming and the high level of success he’s had with his many clients over the years.
