Strength Classes

A small group training class like no other

After the luxury of a world class coach and looking to enhance the quality of your lifting and training? Our group strength classes may be just the thing you’re looking for. With focus spent primarily on the three big lifts (squat, bench press and deadlift) these small group classes will spend time breaking down your technique, rebuilding your physique structurally as well as provide you with tailored programming that addresses your training level, needs and abilities.

These classes are limited to 5 people per session per term. If you’re interested in joining a team training environment and taking the next step to becoming a stronger and more efficient lifter, please contact us for more information. 

Group Class 1: Novice to intermediate lifters
