Valhalla Strength proudly presents to you the 2024 Spring Cup!
This competition will take place on Saturday, November 9th 2024.
This is a Novice (non sanctioned) 3 lift competition. Any person who wishes to compete may enter this event (excluding previous podium finishers).
Entries to this competition go live to the public Monday, the 22nd of July at 9am.
60 places will be made available for this competition.
Spectator entry fee is $15 per person, kids under 15 are free.
Please note to all competitors and coaches; all competitors will receive an email with event information 12, 8, 4 and 1 weeks out from competition. Please look out for these as ALL information will be on these emails (this may end up in spam).
Competitors please share these emails with your coaches when you get them!-We will have 3 placings for this event for both males and females which will be determined based off the Gloss Brenner Equation. There will only be one weight category for this competition and that is 'Open'. The Gloss Brenner Equation considers weight and total lifted for an equal playing ground for all competitors. This is the equation we use for our sanctioned competitions to determine the overall winners. Please see the link below for more of an idea on this equation.
